This painting is inspired by my thoughts on duality. One can see the light when it is dark, and one can see the darkness only when the light is present. Both sides are necessary to support each other, and when both sides are absent, one can see only the grey background.

Two peacocks, light and dark, are allow the viewers to decide what they want to focus on, be it nature, contrast or just two big birds who are resting on a branch.
