35.6x27.9 cm ~ Drawing, Ink, Watercolor
At the quiet threshold of a silver ship, a young alien named Nulo stands proudly beside his newest companion - a gentle calf with soft eyes and patient ears. They had just come from a peaceful corner of Earth’s countryside, where Nulo first saw the creature grazing beneath the trees and immediately knew: this is the friend I’ve been looking for.
He named her Bloom, after the flowers she seemed to carry in her gaze. Now, with all the earnestness of a child making a case for their very first pet, Nulo pleads with his parents to bring her home. “I’ll feed her,” he promises. “I’ll walk her. I’ll take care of her. My friend has one too—and we’ll play together every day!”
It’s hard to say no to such innocent determination, to that simple, timeless wish: to love something, and to be loved in return.
This is an original, one-of-a-kind drawing, created with ink pen and metallic watercolor on heavy-weight, acid-free paper. The shimmering colors shift with the light, offering a slightly different experience from every angle.
