40.6x50.8 cm ~ Painting, Oil
There is a creature most people never see. It’s called the Nectar Horse. It flies between the seen and unseen worlds, and once in a while, becomes visible. Adults often dismiss it as a moth or dragonfly. But children sometimes catch a glimpse, watching it flutter among butterflies and other mystical beings. They see it for what it is, no explanation needed.
The Nectar Horse is light and graceful, moving through the air like a hummingbird. It hovers over flowers, sipping the sweetest nectar. Wherever it goes, the air softens, colors brighten - as if the world pauses to breathe. In warm months, it drifts through gardens. When autumn turns to winter, it quietly disappears, perhaps to warmer lands or a peaceful place where it is always spring.
Rendered in my signature style of soft lines and floating forms, this oil painting blends light yellow, radiant green, and glowing magenta to create a surreal and tender atmosphere. Painted sides. Ready to hang.
