In this artwork I wanted to show joys of life, and at the same time I wanted to show a presence of an internal struggle. I added a dark shadow around the woman's face, that might be interpreted as sadness, that hangs out in one's soul. I also added a butterfly and sunlight, to show that the happiness and joy are always around, one just needs to open their eyes.

The main colors are blue and yellow, water and fire, to show two contrasting feelings.
